Your mission:

  • Supporting the strategic and content development of our mailings for new customer acquisition and customer retention
  • Planning, creating, and sending national and international email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing
  • Success control, including reporting, forecasting, and formulating recommendations for action
  • Collaborating with CRM, BI, and sales teams to elevate target group definitions, segmentations, and targeting concepts to a new level
  • Supporting the further development of campaign functionalities with the goal of increasing segmentation, personalization, and automation

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in marketing, economics or a similar qualification
  • Several years (3+ years) of proven experience in the development, implementation, analysis, and optimization of email campaigns as well as project management
  • Creativity and a keen sense of delivering the right message at the right time to the right target group.
  • Analytical skills, numerical affinity, and good knowledge in data analysis and evaluation.
  • German at native speaker level (C1) and fluent English skills. Another foreign language (French, Spanish, or Italian) is desirable.
  • Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and an independent working style.
