Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.

• Assist customers with product-related queries and after-sales support.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain detailed documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (native level) and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
