Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with clarity and professionalism.
- Assist customers with product-related queries and after-sales support.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve performance metrics and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide suggestions and feedback to management regarding customer insights.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (native level) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer focus.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
