Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
• No previous experience needed; full training will be provided
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to approach customer inquiries with a customer-focused mindset

• Attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
