Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
• Provide product and service information, and assist with order placements
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience
• Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to deliver accurate assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
