Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
- Provide product and service information, and assist with order placements
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to deliver accurate assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service
