Responsibilities
- Assist Hungarian-speaking customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Deliver top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer satisfaction goals
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and policies
- Adhere to quality standards and established procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- No experience required; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Willingness to work in Greece
- Valid European Passport or ID
