Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in Slovak language.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist customers with product information and service guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while interacting with clients.
- Record and manage customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace conducive to productivity.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovak, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Commitment to providing a high standard of customer care.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
