Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients in Czech language.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions for future reference.
  • Assist with product recommendations and provide information to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction rates.
  • Stay informed about product updates and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the role.
