In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English
• Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and troubleshooting
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow-up as necessary
• Work closely with team members to enhance the customer experience
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide comprehensive support

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality service
• Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software
