In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow-up as necessary
- Work closely with team members to enhance the customer experience
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide comprehensive support
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality service
- Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software
