Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English
- Assist customers with product information, order details, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer service experience
- Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction
