Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English
  • Assist customers with product information, order details, and troubleshooting
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer service experience
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
