- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and share feedback with the team
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Open to new experiences and ready to relocate to Greece
- A positive outlook and a willingness to learn and adapt
