Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and English
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting with order placements
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay updated on product information and company policies to assist customers effectively

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
