Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and English
- Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting with order placements
- Effectively resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the customer experience
- Stay updated on product information and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
