Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Slovak and English
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Document all customer interactions carefully
- Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality service
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service applications
