Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Slovak and English
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Document all customer interactions carefully
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality service
