We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise to join our remote team. As a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for our enterprise clients, understanding their infrastructure, business needs, and goals. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing technical guidance and support, and identifying upsell opportunities. You will work closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure the best customer experience and maximize customer outcomes.

  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in an enterprise software or technology company
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise customer relationships, driving customer success, and achieving upsell and renewal targets
  • Strong technical background and understanding of Linux infrastructure
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on understanding customer needs and driving customer satisfaction
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
