Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure accurate information is provided
• Assist customers with problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a great customer experience
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
• Follow established procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on service excellence
• Familiarity with customer support software and digital tools
• Proficient in navigating computers and various systems
• Valid European Passport or ID
