Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and customers in German via various channels (phone, email, chat)
• Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
• Stay updated with company products and services to provide accurate information

Requirements

• Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English is highly beneficial
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with remote work tools and software
• Must be self-motivated and organized
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with a valid EU passport or ID
