Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on the company’s products and services, resolving customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, professional service.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus
- Stable internet connection and suitable home office setup
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adapt to new challenges
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
