Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information on the company’s products and services, resolving customer inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, professional service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus
  • Stable internet connection and suitable home office setup
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adapt to new challenges
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required
