Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Polish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver accurate information relating to the company’s products and services while resolving customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company guidelines to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to established processes and best practices to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to resolve issues effectively with a customer-focused approach
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and software is preferred
- Stable internet connection and suitable home office environment
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adapt to new challenges
- Flexibility to work various shifts as necessary
