Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Polish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver accurate information relating to the company’s products and services while resolving customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company guidelines to assist customers effectively.
• Adhere to established processes and best practices to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to resolve issues effectively with a customer-focused approach
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and software is preferred
• Stable internet connection and suitable home office environment
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adapt to new challenges
• Flexibility to work various shifts as necessary
