• Respond to customer inquiries in Czech and provide accurate information

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or contact center setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in computer systems and software applications
• Open to relocating to Greece
