Job Description

  • Responsible for building and operating a highly available microservice architecture in Azure.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available software using best-in-class technologies, with the focus on DevOps, infrastructure and the engineering platform.
  • Establish best practices and build tools to drive the use of CI/CD and the adoption of infrastructure/platform components by engineering teams.
  • Automate operational tasks and infrastructure as code.
  • Monitor and manage our environments by integrating telemetry and observability into the platform. Maintain best practices around notifications and response processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with one of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in building highly available, scalable, distributed systems in a microservice architecture.
  • A solid grasp of development, automation, and monitoring tools and practices. With tools that include Terraform, Bash, NodeJS, GitHub Actions, Datadog, ELK.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD.
  • Proficiency in *nix.
  • Knowledge of Azure and the .NET ecosystem as a big plus.
