About The Role

You’ll be the key to managing the foundation of our cutting-edge AI platform. You’ll work alongside our engineering team to ensure optimal performance and reliability, contributing expertise in configuring servers, writing tools, and implementing security measures to help us ship robust software. This is one of the most important roles in the company.

You Will:

• Build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure that supports our AI platform

• Identify user’s problems with reliability, uptime, and bugs

• Manage a distributed network of compute nodes and their for performance and reliability

• Implement security measures to protect against potential threats

• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and scalability

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices to ensure our infrastructure remains cutting-edge

Requirements:

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and experience building and deploying containerized applications

• Experience with running and scaling Go or TypeScript applications, built with data stores like Postgres and Redis, in production

• Familiarity with hardware like GPUs and the ability to optimize infrastructure for performance and cost-effectiveness

• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security principles in a distributed computing environment

• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, such as Ansible to manage infrastructure at scale.

Compensation Range

At Prodia, we believe in hiring and retaining the best talent, which is why we offer 75th percentile of market rates and receive generous equity packages, as we believe in rewarding our team members for their contributions to our success.
