Job Description

As a Digital Engagement Specialist at bpExperts, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the consulting team to create compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our brand in the competitive consulting industry.

What will you do:

Content Creation and Curation:

Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.

Curate relevant industry news, insights, and trends to share with our audience, positioning the firm as a thought leader in consulting.

Social Media Management:

Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining a consistent online presence.

Implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement metrics such as likes, shares, and comments.

Campaign Execution:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media promotions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign messaging, visuals, and target audience segmentation.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing campaigns, analyzing data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, audience insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies and content development.

Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to keep the firm ahead of the curve.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including consultants, business development, and design, to gather insights, coordinate content creation, and ensure brand consistency.

Support special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Your profile:

Fluent in English

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Proven experience (1-2 years) in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting engaging copy.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Creative and proactive thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing approaches.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
