What we’re looking for
Our client, a leading US-based Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive mid-level Digital Marketing Project Manager to join the dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects across various digital channels. As a key team member, you’ll collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and client partner teams to manage timelines, allocate resources, and maintain clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of several digital marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain daily hot sheets for various clients to ensure all team members are aligned on priorities and deliverables.
- Foresee creative hours, anticipate risks, and adjust plans proactively to mitigate potential issues in both scope and bandwidth.
- Participate in client calls to provide real-time feedback on timelines, project statuses, and project feasibility in partnership with our client partner team and take detailed notes on team follow-up items.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations and brand standards.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Platform & Tool Utilization:
- Utilize project management platforms to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure project visibility across teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project details and processes are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in project management, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Proven experience with project management platforms, with a strong preference for candidates with Asana experience.
- Experience working with a creative team in a digital environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise updates to both clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with various agile methodologies, including Scrum, to enhance project efficiency.
- Comfortable speaking with clients both via video chat and email.
- Ability to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a mid-level project management role within an advertising agency, preferably working internationally.
- Experience working with affiliates and/or influencers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices for various platforms.
- Familiarity with social commerce.
- A strong understanding of creative production processes.
