Job Description

Your key areas of focus

Deal making

  • Source, structure and negotiate complex commercial partnership arrangements 
  • You are comfortable working as part of a cross functional team working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance and Legal
  • Provide negotiation support to regional biz dev and FX leads

Strategic initiatives

  • Lead new 0-1 initiatives including new lines of business to step change growth rates or reduce operational complexity
  • Be a change maker – identify opportunities to disrupt our business and how we serve our customers
  • Identify opportunities to expand margin in our key markets

Partner management

  • Oversee global pay in partnerships including defining our strategy, managing existing partners, and growing new pay in options
  • Manage a small team
