Role Description: We are seeking a Director of FP&A & Strategic Finance. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling and Operating Plan: Develop and maintain detailed financial models and operating plans that drive strategic decision-making.
Business Model Enhancement / Analytics: Refine and monitor unit economics and other key business metrics, actively participating in pricing and packaging discussions.
Strategic Projects / BizOps: Contribute to strategic projects by applying your expertise in finance, operations, and analytics.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in both strategic and operational finance, with time in management consulting, investment banking, and venture capital as a bonus
Analytical Skills: Exceptional skills in financial modeling, defining KPIs, and conducting ad-hoc data analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively in a highly cross-functional role.
Execution Skills: Known for your ability to deliver significant results swiftly and efficiently.
