Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Director of People & Culture to join our team. As the Director of P&C at Mosaic, your goal would be to own the day-to-day HR functions and help make Mosaic be known as a top place to work.
What you’ll do:
- Align with our executive team to build and execute on our HR strategy. Put into place annual initiatives to build our culture, grow our team, and be known as a destination employer in our industry
- Oversee all day to day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and retention
- Own internal communication planning for new initiatives and changes
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to leaders on compensation, development planning, guideline interpretation, and performance management
- Lead annual development of compensation plans across the team
- Grow and develop the People & Culture team to help them level up at Mosaic
How you’ll be measured:
- Accountable for building a Mosaic team of 85% stars through hiring, skill development, and removing under performers
- Ensures Mosaic employee retention rate of 80% team members
- Accountable for recruiting process resulting in 80% Quality of Hire
- Builds P&C team of 80% stars in first year, through hiring, skill development, and removing under performers
- Achieves Engagement score of 80%

What makes you successful:
Need to haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years of HR leadership experience
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Experience in (and passion for) using data to solve business problems
Nice to haves:
- Experience working in the HCM space
- Experience working with UKG Pro
