Job Description
Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 5PM US Eastern Timezone
Salary Range: $1,000 – $2,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
UX Optimization:
- Utilize user behavior data and insights to enhance the user experience across our digital platforms.
- Work with UX/UI designers to improve website layout, navigation, and overall design to increase engagement and reduce friction points.
CRO Strategy:
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify and implement strategies that improve conversion rates.
- Analyze user data and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of ad campaigns and UX enhancements.
- Prepare and present reports with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to ensure cohesive strategies and effective execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management with a focus on paid advertising, UX, and CRO.
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and driving conversion rate improvements.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UX principles and CRO techniques.
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced certifications or coursework in UX/UI design and CRO are a plus.
