About Us
We’re a thriving, UK-based DTC E-Commerce brand in health and wellness with a fully remote team. Due to rapid expansion we’re seeking a strategic and innovative E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand’s growth. As the ideal candidate, you’ll have a proven track record in DTC E-Commerce, with a strong focus on developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth
– Lead and mentor our internal marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
– Identify new marketing opportunities and trends, adapting our approach to stay ahead of the curve
– Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon)
– Oversee email marketing campaigns and flows using Klaviyo, with a focus on strategic segmentation and personalization
– Direct landing page design, copywriting, and optimization efforts to maximize conversions
– Guide our social media strategy, content calendar, and community engagement initiatives
– Analyze campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and make strategic recommendations for improvement
– Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI
About You
– 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce
– A strong track record of driving growth for a DTC brand
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a remote team
– Strategic thinker with a talent for developing innovative marketing initiatives
– Deep understanding of Shopify and DTC E-Commerce
– Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon)
– Proficiency with email marketing using Klaviyo
– Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools like GA4
– Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making
– Experience in managing significant marketing budgets
– Fluent in English and strong attention to detail.
– Highly organised with excellent communication skills
