The Opportunity

Silver.dev is looking for an existing team to join a large tech company opening operations in Buenos Aires.

The seeding team will help kickstart the effort as the first local hires for a global company, helping set the engineering culture, and the local work dynamic and face the first organizational challenges as a knit team.

We are looking for ownership, technical competence, and experience. There will be rewards for teams successfully hired above the compensation roles already offered for the role.

Requirements

• The team must have worked together for at least 1 year
• The team’s technical composition must include Java expertise, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering
• The team size should be at least 4 and can be larger
• Teams have shipped together in any engineering-related context – within a large company, as consultants or dev shops
