At B&S everything revolves around efficiency and service. The Facility department is the hub where everything comes together, and you can make an important contribution to this! Did you know that a Facilities support takes an average of 10,000 steps per day while ensuring a smoothly running office? So you are literally always on the move to ensure that everything works perfectly!
Reach your full potential as Facility support
In your role as Facility support you are responsible for what is perhaps the most important part of the working day: coffee. Thanks to you, your colleagues can count on a delicious cup of coffee at any time of the day, the fuel for a successful working day. With perfectly working coffee machines and always fresh coffee, you provide the energy boost that everyone needs to get going! You keep the machines running, refill them, and are the silent force behind the daily coffee break that everyone looks forward to. But your job doesn’t end there! You assist colleagues with facility questions and ensure that their workplace functions optimally. You can also carry out minor repairs or maintenance work and ensure that buildings, rooms and installations are well maintained.
Thanks to your efforts, we not only work efficiently, but also in a pleasant and tidy environment. With your service-oriented attitude and eye for detail, you ensure that everyone in the office can work without worries and enjoy a good cup of coffee. And best of all? You work within office hours.
Qualifications
This is you:
You have both practical and technical insight. If anyone in your circle of friends needs a handyman, you’re the first person they call. You don’t mind because you enjoy a challenge. You are proactive, independent, and adaptable, allowing you to take on any job with confidence.
– You are flexible and willing to adapt your work to what is needed at that moment
– You have a proactive working attitude and know how to work independently
– You are handy and know how to quickly find practical solutions to everyday problems
– You are available for 32-40 hours per week
– You preferably have experience in a similar position
Additional Information
We offer you:
- A good salary in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
- Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
