As a Field Service Engineer you will represent Baker Hughes to ensure the equipment to be installed, maintained and started-up properly

As a Centrifugal Compressors (CC) Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Installation, Maintenance, Commissioning Site Activities

  • Preparing of job-planning documents based to Assignment’s Scope of Work (Installation, Upgrade, Outage)

  • Preparing timely and accurate technical reports for Customer

  • Providing routine maintenance checkout for Centrifugal Compressors (CC)

  • Ensuring Site Quality Check List/Job Cards/Field Procedure are followed and properly signed

  • Ensuring compliance with local/current legislation, requests & requirements

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

  • Have around 5 years’ experience with Centrifugal Compressors (CC) Installation/maintenance

  • Demonstrate the ability to present product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads across Baker Hughes

  • Show excellent oral and written communication skills in Kazakh/Russian, English

  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Demonstrate excellent ability to analyze and resolve problems & to lead programs / projects

  • Strong customer service-orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
