As a Field Service Engineer you will represent Baker Hughes to ensure the equipment to be installed, maintained and started-up properly
As a Centrifugal Compressors (CC) Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for:
Leading Installation, Maintenance, Commissioning Site Activities
Preparing of job-planning documents based to Assignment’s Scope of Work (Installation, Upgrade, Outage)
Preparing timely and accurate technical reports for Customer
Providing routine maintenance checkout for Centrifugal Compressors (CC)
Ensuring Site Quality Check List/Job Cards/Field Procedure are followed and properly signed
Ensuring compliance with local/current legislation, requests & requirements
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Have around 5 years’ experience with Centrifugal Compressors (CC) Installation/maintenance
Demonstrate the ability to present product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads across Baker Hughes
Show excellent oral and written communication skills in Kazakh/Russian, English
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrate excellent ability to analyze and resolve problems & to lead programs / projects
Strong customer service-orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
