Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document and track customer interactions in the support system.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features and usage best practices.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care throughout the support process.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with consumer technology and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
