Job Description

We are looking for a Global SVP, Sales Enablement to oversee Creatio’s sales strategy, processes, operations and enablement. The primary role of Global SVP, Sales Enablement is to drive the business forward, establishing world-class sales processes and enabling the global sales force of 100+ sales professionals to follow those processes. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales organization, increasing win rates, and delivering sales excellence. The leader in this role will work in tight collaboration with Chief Sales Officers in three macro-regions where the company operates. The role will cover the following areas:

Sales Enablement. Lead the team of sales enablement managers to level up the skills of the sales organization:

  • Onboarding processes and certification.
  • Sales training program.
  • Ongoing coaching model.
  • Ongoing training and coaching to level up the skills of the sales organization.
  • SKO, QBR, and sales meetups organization and orchestration.
  • Health checks and continuous improvement of sales skills.

Sales Strategy and Processes. Establish and constantly improve the sales excellence framework, including the following elements:

  • Go-to-market strategy/segments/industries.
  • Target profiles of sales executives for different regions/segments/industries, as well as the hiring processes.
  • TAM playbook and pipeline-building processes per region/segment/industry.
  • Sales processes at every stage of the pipeline.
  • Expansion processes at every stage of the pipeline.
  • MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Partner collaboration processes.
  • Transformation projects to level up the sales organization.
  • Quality standards of execution at every step of the customer journey.

Sales Operations Ensure seamless operations across the global sales organization, including:

  • Sales forecasting.
  • Lead and pipeline conversions.
  • Regular sales cadences (pipeline reviews, deal reviews, forecast calls etc.).
  • Sales automation and CRM hygiene.
  • Win/Loss analysis.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and manage the team of sales enablement and operations managers.
  • Effectively collaborate with the executive team of Chief Sales Officers, SVP Solution Consulting, etc.
  • Build and continuously improve efficient sales processes among distributed sales teams globally.


  • As a member of the executive team, make an impact on the overall company’s strategy.
  • Continuously improve processes to ensure Creatio delivers the best value to our prospects and clients at each step of the sales journey.
  • Ideate and bring forward strategic innovations that will improve the overall business of the company.


  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; a Master’s degree is a preference.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales (carrying a bag).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Strong enterprise SaaS sales experience is required, as participation in multiple sales cycles.
  • Experience in workflow automation and CRM industries is a preference.
  • Experience at global companies with operations in multiple geographies is required.
  • Combining a startup experience with a global corporate experience is a preference.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Perfectionist by nature.
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach.
  • Boston location is a preference.
