Position: Growth Assistant

Salary Range: USD 2000 Month

Location: Fully remote, Only for LATAM

Working Hours: Full-time, PT/MT Time Zones

Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Scope of the Role:

This role requires a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have a keen interest in exploring and implementing new technologies to optimize workflows.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Proficient in written communication, particularly in composing emails, copy, and documentation.
  • Highly skilled in detailed organization and structuring of information.
  • Ability to work with and integrate systems from multiple organizations.
  • Responsible for building and managing outreach systems, including cold outreach.
  • Familiarity with various tools and their integration for automation purposes.
  • Interest in exploring and implementing new tech tools, with a focus on connecting them for efficient workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing documentation and information in platforms like Notion.
  • Assist in podcast research, including identifying potential guests, outreach coordination, and calendar scheduling.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets.
  • Strong understanding of process management and automation tools.
  • Experience with Zapier is required, with Smart Lead and Clay being advantageous.
  • General CRM experience, preferably with tools like Pipedrive.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and their functionalities.
