Your Responsibilities

As the Head of ESG Data Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the high-quality business conduct data we offer to our clients. This unique position allows you to set the course for business conduct data as well as advocate for technology with human-in-the-loop operations. The role reports into the Head of ESG Research in Zurich, Switzerland, and is part of the data management team at RepRisk.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and implement a strategic action plan to transform and grow ESG data operations with an emphasis on technology first.
  • Drive the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of all ESG curation processes, activities, and initiatives
  • Lead the development and expansion of a high-performing client-centric team in Manila
  • Collaborate with technology and the data management teams, as well as other departments to integrate AI solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor, refine, and implement ESG curation methodologies, processes, and documentation.
  • Serve as an advocate for smart human intervention in machine learning models/data products.

Requirements

You Offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, data or information management or a related field, a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant professional and managerial experience leading big and highly qualified teams, with at least a 3 years focused on data curation.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural, cross-functional, and collaborative environment, with a focus on high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Robust planning, execution, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven skills in people management, leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building at all organizational levels.
  • Capability for self-management and task prioritization, especially under pressure.
  • Experience in content validation/creation activities are a plus.
