The RoleAs ‘s Head of Growth, you will lead a team driving revenue in APAC, India, US, and Europe to establish as a global SaaS leader. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to convert market demand into revenue, requiring a deep understanding of global markets and digital growth strategies.
Some Key Responsibilities
- Demand Capture: Oversee the Demand Capture teams, including Paid Media, SEO, Content (including video and social), Video Production, Social Media, Web Development, and Web Design. Ensure these teams effectively capture and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and optimized digital experiences.
- Growth Marketing: Lead the Growth Marketing team, focusing on performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and innovative marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
- Sales & Enablement: Collaborate closely with the teams, including BDRs and MREs, to ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales, driving high conversion rates and customer success.
- Multi-disciplinary Team Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to support the team’s development and performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all growth initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Data-driven decision-making: Utilise analytics and data insights to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and refine growth strategies. Implement rigorous tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure performance and ROI.
- Global Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in existing and new markets, tailoring strategies to regional nuances and customer needs.
- Market Share: Increase in market share within each geography
- Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across all regions, contributing significantly to ’s overall growth.
- Lead Generation: Increase the volume and quality of leads generated through demand capture activities, resulting in higher conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Market Penetration: Successfully drive further expansion of ’s market presence in the US, Europe, India, APAC & rest of markets, ensuring a solid foothold.
- Team Performance: Achievement of individual and team KPIs, including campaign performance, sales enablement, and content production metrics. Build and lead a high-performing, motivated growth team that consistently meets or exceeds targets. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Optimised Marketing Spend: Deliver a high return on investment (ROI) from marketing spend, with effective allocation of resources across channels and campaigns.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Enhance the customer journey from awareness to acquisition.
What Does Success Look Like in This Role:

- Experience: Relevant experience in growth, marketing, or sales roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in developed markets such as the US & Europe (Preferred if extensive experience working in global markets) for over 8+ years.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a global growth strategy, deeply understanding regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
