Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of Recruitment to help Fulcrum build & set up its recruitment processes.

What you will do:
— Manage the full cycle of recruitment ensuring a positive candidate experience;
— Closely cooperate with CEO and Co-founders, Head of HR, and managers of other departments to provide complete and detailed job descriptions and project team-member profiles;
— Manage and coordinate the workload of the recruitment team, prioritize tasks;
— Provide consistent training and best practices to the rest of the recruiting team;
— Develop and implement programs to recruit and select the talent to meet the organization’s business needs;
— Attract candidates from professional networks, internal databases, internal and external referrals, etc;
— Recruit for the most important positions, such as C-level, Tech Leads, and Heads;
— Be responsible for creating a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates;
— Design and improve key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment

— at least 2 years at Head of Position

— International recruitment experience.

  • Knowledge of English (B2 and higher).
    — Proven success in recruiting and filling non-tech Middle/TOP and C-level positions.
    — Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
    — Knowledge of recruitment metrics.
    — Team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks.
    — Confident work ethic and high sense of urgency.

Interview stages:
— Interview with Recruiter (1 hour);
— Technical interview with Head of HR (1 hour);

— Test Task;

  • Final interview with CEO and Co-founders (1-1,5 hours);
