Your future contribution:

As HomeToGo’s Host & Partner Relations Specialist, you will be the human connection between hosts & partners and our product, striving to deliver effective solutions that satisfy property owners around the world. Your customer-centric mindset will help you deliver first-class customer service to our hosts & partners and work on projects that aim to improve the holistic platform experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team in a highly cross-functional role, directly advocating on behalf of our property owning and managing hosts.

How you’ll add value:

  • The focus of the role is to provide an outstanding experience for our hosts & partners across multiple platforms, including but not limited to phone and email.
  • During the first month, you will get to know the product team and become familiar with the bug process.
  • Within your first three months, you will support the Host and Partner Relations team by enhancing daily operations, introducing new ideas, and following up on the ongoing bugs to provide quick resolution to our supply.
  • After six months, you’ll be fully autonomous, involved in product development projects, and closely collaborating with engineers, the product team, and your own team.
  • At all times, you will aim to effectively resolve host & partner issues in an effective and timely manner.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have a true passion to provide an amazing customer experience.
  • Are fluent in English and one of the following languages:
    • French
    • Italian
    • German
  • Have experience in Customer Service and IT support, travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Are an empathetic person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience with Salesforce, Jira, or other CRM tools.
  • Are comfortable with identifying and resolving software bugs by investigating root causes.
  • Are adept at translating technical requirements into clear, understandable concepts for non-technical audience.
