The ServiceTitan PeopleOps team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a significant role in collaborating with departments on HR-related opportunities and paving the way for best-in-class employee experience procedures and practices. The ideal applicant will have start-up experience and a strong generalist background.

What you’ll do:

  • We coach and develop our managers so they can lead high-performing teams and grow our people.
  • Coach and advise managers and workers on a number of topics that affect employee experience, including as performance management, people and team dynamics, incentives and recognition, and employee relations issues.
  • Build connections while promoting reciprocal accountability, constructive cooperation, and high-quality execution.
  • Improve business practices and work processes to discover possibilities for leveraging and deploying our personnel, and ensuring that people-related projects have a return on investment that adds to organizational value and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the larger People Ops team to implement all major people processes, including salary evaluations, benefits, and learning and development programs.
  • Be a trusted advisor and collaborator with ServiceTitan leaders on all people-related issues.

Who you are:

  • You are a seasoned HR business partner with 4+ years of experience, ideally with at least 2+ years of experience as an HR business partner in a growing setting.
  • You have broad expertise in a range of HR areas, including employee interactions, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
  • You have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities, as well as a track record of impact. You are also a reliable team player with a strong collaborative spirit.
  • You can build, cultivate, and sustain good connections at all levels of the business.
  • You are versatile, flexible, and understand how to strike a balance between company objectives and HR best practices.
  • You are comfortable in ambiguity and can extract key components from difficult circumstances to connect the dots and make solid judgments, but you also know when to seek assistance.
  • Prior experience helping customers in sales or go-to-market businesses is advantageous.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $86,000 USD – $124,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
