As we scale our operations, we are seeking a Human Resources Director with a profound understanding of Organizational Psychology, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of success in leading HR functions within high-growth environments.

This dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director will play a pivotal role in developing and driving HR initiatives, fostering a data-driven approach, and contributing to our company’s success during this exciting phase of growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, demonstrated experience with HR systems and tools, and expertise in Organizational Psychology. This is a fully remote work opportunity.

  • You’ll partner at the executive level to oversee all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent and leadership development.

  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Psychology (general), Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience using HR systems and data analytics to gain insights, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making to develop and optimize HR and business processes and programs to align with company objectives.
  • Experience developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the executive level, with a focus on sharing relevant analytics.
