MDaudit Enterprise, our flagship revenue integrity software platform, enables organizations to reduce compliance risk, risk monitoring, and built-in analytics and benchmarking capabilities while maximizing revenue – all in a single, integrated cloud-based platform. We are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join our team. We are a completely remote company!

The HR Generalist will Enhance corporate culture and support critical human resources functions including wellness, benefits, diversity, recruiting, and employee records in support of corporate objectives and team goals. Provide internal support to people leaders to drive engagement, retention, and employer brand. May collaborate with vendors that provide supplemental HR (Human Resources) programs and services. Collaborates with MDaudit People Strategies team to drive a positive employee experience and achievement of company objectives and team goals.

Please note that the following compensation range is a good faith estimate for this position and assumes that the successful candidate is based in Massachusetts. Similar positions located outside of Massachusetts will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Salary range is $80,000-90,000 base plus bonus.

  • Strong presentation skills, a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented, possess a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure.
