Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Hungarian for IT-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities

- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues
- Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with IT products and services is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage technical inquiries
