Lime is adding an Investor Relations Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, the IR Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting the development and execution of the global investor relations program.

You will work directly with key stakeholders to represent Lime, serving as a point of contact for investor inquiries. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter that is team-oriented, hardworking and capable of producing high quality work in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will be part of a team that focuses on articulating Lime’s story and value proposition.

The preferred locations for this position are Central and Eastern time zones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assisting in the preparation of investor presentations, financial reports, and communication materials related to lending operations
  • Serving as a point of contact for investor inquiries, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and research to support investor relations activities, including benchmarking and peer comparisons
  • Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and investor sentiment to identify opportunities and risks
  • Coordinating investor meetings, conferences, and events focused on the micro mobility sector
  • Supporting regulatory compliance efforts, including the preparation of SEC filings and other required disclosures

About You:

  • Bachelors of Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, client services or a related function; StartUp experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent financial modeling proficiency and expert in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive collaborative discussions with various departments
  • Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is $79,000 – $97,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
