Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer service quality
• Stay updated on product information, services, and company policies
• Adhere to established procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and a technical mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with software, hardware, and basic networking concepts
• Proficient in using various computer systems and applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
