Requirements:
- SystmOne Expertise: Configure, manage, and optimize SystmOne systems, focusing on Strategic Reporting to empower our operations.
- Device Management: Procure, configure, and maintain devices to support our team.
- Collaboration with TPP: Work closely with TPP practices to off board from existing software and configure SystmOne reporting
- Security Focus: Enhance security measures across all technology , including data protection and regular system updates, to comply with healthcare standards.
- Technical Support: Provide support for all technologies (internally developed and third party), ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues.
- Automation and Efficiency: Develop and improve automation scripts to streamline SystmOne configuration and other related IT processes.
- Access Management: Support the provision of access requests , ensuring proper permissions and compliance.
- Asset and Record Management: Maintain accurate records of device assignments and manage our asset register.
- Security Monitoring: Stay vigilant by reviewing and addressing security threat, including regular checks of system logs and phishing attempts.
- User Support: Provide timely and practical support through our ticketing system, resolving IT issues or escalating them when necessary.
- Compliance and Certification: Actively support our compliance efforts with industry-leading security certifications, and healthcare IT.
- Proactive Communication: Be responsive to inbound emails, offering prompt assistance to ensure smooth IT operations.
What Skills and Experience Are We Looking For?
- SystmOne Configuration: Proven experience in configuring and managing SystmOne, with specific expertise in Strategic Reporting.
- IT Support Experience: Proven experience of providing exceptional 1st/2nd line IT support, particularly in a healthcare setting.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and Google Cloud Platform
- Operating System Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Google Suite, particularly for remote support.
- Hardware Familiarity: Solid understanding of PC hardware and operating systems,
- Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to quickly address IT challenges.
- ITSM Experience: Familiarity with ITSM call logging software to track and resolve SystmOne-related issues.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: A self-motivated team player who can also work independently
