ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Junior-Middle Python Developer in Poland and Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil or Kyiv).

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a large financial services company, based in the USA. This company helps financial institutions worldwide grow assets efficiently with its innovative portfolio management suite of data management, investment accounting and performance measurement solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in software development using Python
• Proven experience in Flask
• Experience in SQL, understanding of databases
• Commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot
• Flexibility in working with different programming languages and tools
• Upper-Intermediate English level

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with clouds
• Experience with Snowpark and Snowball

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements
• Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria
• Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager
• Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions
• Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications
• Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project
