In this role as a Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking customers. Responsibilities

• Assist Lithuanian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
• Valid European Passport or ID
