As a Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be the main point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Lithuanian-speaking customers by addressing inquiries and delivering effective solutions
• Maintain a high standard of customer service through phone, email, and chat
• Professionally manage and resolve customer complaints
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies
• Adhere to established quality standards and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
