Position Overview

At Everstream, we are passionate about the success of our customers. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven professional to lead strategic projects supporting customer growth, retention and loyalty. This position will report directly to the Director Professional Services.

As the Manager, Professional Services, you will manage a team of consultants executing strategic projects that support broader goals to retain customers and deliver a seamless customer experience in using our products. This role is highly cross-functional, and you will be the intersection of our sales, customer success, product management, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of consultants implementing Everstream solutions for our global customers
  • Drive strategic initiatives in your team and the overall Professional Services department to improve delivery processes and quality standards
  • Serve as management sponsor and escalation point for customer projects
  • Support the team to advise clients on best practices and system capabilities as well as limitations
  • Support sales cycles representing Professional Services and helping to define project scope
  • Define Statement of Work documents for complex implementation projects
  • Proactively communicate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to plan and maintain implementation schedules in line with mutually agreed project milestones
  • Support your team escalating product gaps and work with Product teams to address them
  • Partner with counterparts in Sales, Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure that effective handover processes are maintained before and after implementation
  • Track project governance using tools such as Smartsheets, Salesforce, and Teams

Who you are

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS Professional Services experience, preferably within supply chain, procurement, or transportation solutions
  • Strong track record of successfully managing software implementation projects, preferably including people management responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
  • Ability to set and execute against defined project milestones and maintain timelines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Analytical and process-oriented excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree

100% Remote Position
