The role of a Project Manager is to effectively deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment.
Our Project Managers use our internal tools and processes to ensure all projects are executed successfully from start to finish. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

What you will do:

  • Maintains full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) low to mid-complexity custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to one month
  • Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment
  • Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to ’s products and services
  • Ensures project task activities are completed in a timely manner and with detailed focus
  • Tasks may include: Testing online survey links, sampling, setting-up and monitoring reports to evaluate key project metrics, ensuring quality measures are followed, updating clients regularly on project progress and ensuring key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
  • Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicates both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team
  • Ensures survey quality using current market research methodologies
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing multiple market research projects with minimal supervision
  • Is able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Adept with technology and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot a range of issues in high-pressure situations
  • Pursues his or her work with energy, drive, and a need to finish
  • Learns quickly and independently in the context of an activity; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning
  • Effectively copes with change and shifts gears comfortably

  • Identifies issues, leads troubleshooting endeavors, and escalates when efforts have been exhausted
  • Can clearly and effectively communicate project metrics, timelines, and other details pertaining to hand offs to colleagues
  • Understanding of complex market research methods and terminology
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent at establishing and managing relationships with clients, vendors and coworkers
  • Demonstrate confidence in client interactions and communications

Work Hours: India time: Monday-Friday 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM (9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST)
