Job Description

We seek a highly motivated Marketing Automation Manager with expertise in Demand Generation or Marketing Operations, particularly in optimizing processes, workflows, and systems using Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce. Your role will be pivotal in managing lead flow, ensuring accurate scoring, and seamless integration with Salesforce, and collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, CS and IT teams to maintain efficiency. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork are paramount for success in this position, where precision and collaboration converge to drive organizational achievement.

What You Will Do:

  • Create and manage SFDC and marketing automation setups for campaign execution and define marketing operations QA process.
  • Monitor the lead flow process in our marketing automation platform (Account Engagement aka Pardot), ensuring the correct leads are scored, processed, and delivered to Salesforce.
  • Manage marketing operations projects from initiation to completion, defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
  • Advise on campaign optimization, including recommending audience segmentation and enhancing efficiency in campaign setups.
  • Create and document all marketing operations processes and workflows.
  • Communicate project outcomes, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop reporting for funnel optimization and ROI forecasting.

You’ll Succeed With:

  • 4+ years experience of managing MAP (Marketing Automation Tools) and all-round Marketing Tech stacks
  • 4+ years of Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) experience. Salesforce Admin or Pardot Consultant certification is a plus
  • Ninja-like efficiency in Excel/Spreadsheet
  • Experience with Tableau CRM Analytics is Preferred but not mandatory
  • Deep understanding of digital user behaviors and interactions with Website and other components of marketing funnels (MAP, CRM).
  • Experience in data hygiene and Merging and Deduplication Strategy in MAP and CRM
  • Ability to successfully define outcomes, manage expectations, manage cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines based on project requirements
  • Medium experience with analyzing marketing data
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills (both instructional and Informational business writing)

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2-4 Years of experience
  • Account Engagement (Pardot) Certified and Salesforce Admin preferred but not mandatory. Hubspot certifications will also be taken into consideration.
